Refund and Returns Policy

Maria Chinen Jewellery promises to refund any item(s) you are not completely satisfied with, provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and are in a re-saleable condition.

Please Note: We will only accept a return on items that are sent back in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were received by you – worn, damaged, broken or altered items – including personalised engraving, ring sizing, adjusted chains – will not be accepted for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Earrings: All items for piercings (such as earrings) are excluded, unless items for piercings are returned unopened and in their original sealed bag

Personalised and Bespoke Items Excluded: In line with our terms and conditions, customised or bespoke items that are altered or made specifically for you cannot be   returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Further information regarding this can be found in our terms and conditions.

Repairs and alterations: Items that are repaired or altered outside of Maria Chinen Jewellery are void from our guarantee cover.

Returns: Once received please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund it will be applied to the original payment method used to place your order. Typically it can take up to 7 working days for a processed refund to show on the statement of the credit/debit card used to pay for the order -depending on your issuing bank.

Postage Cost: You must cover the cost of the return, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
